T30 Journal (“T30,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a personal journaling app that helps you track your day in 30-minute blocks with optional emotion, photo, and location details (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App or visit our support pages.

Quick summary

2) What we collect
2.1 On-device journal data (not sent to our servers)
  • Entries & activities you log

  • Emotions (primary/secondary/tertiary)

  • Photos you attach to entries

  • Location data attached to entries (only if you enable Location)
    This content is saved locally on your device via iOS storage (e.g., Core Data / file storage). We do not receive or process this content on our servers.

2.2 Diagnostics
  • Crash logs and performance metrics may be provided to us by Apple in aggregate to help improve stability. We do not use advertising SDKs and do not run third-party analytics SDKs.

2.3 Support communications
  • If you contact us, we receive your email address and message so we can respond and keep records as needed.

3) How we use information
  • Provide core features (time blocks, emotion selection, optional photos/location)

  • Improve reliability and safety (review anonymized/aggregated diagnostics)

  • Support & troubleshooting (respond to your messages)

4) Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where applicable, we process information on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract (to provide the App and support)

  • Legitimate interests (to maintain and improve reliability)

  • Consent (for optional permissions like Location and Photos, managed via iOS)

5) Sharing and selling of data
  • We do not sell your personal data.

  • We do not share your on-device journal content (entries, emotions, photos, locations) with third parties.

  • We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

6) App Store privacy disclosures

Data Not Used to Track You

  • We do not use your data for cross-app tracking or targeted ads.

Data Linked to You

  • Contact Info (email) — only if you email support.

  • Diagnostics (crash data) — may be linked to your device/app instance by Apple’s systems for developer visibility.

Data Not Linked to You / On-Device Only

  • User Content: entries, emotions, photos

  • Location: if enabled, used to tag entries; remains on device

If you later enable iCloud sync or add third-party services, we will update this Policy and the App Store “App Privacy” form accordingly.

7) Your choices & controls
  • Permissions: Manage Location and Photos anytime in iOS Settings.

  • Exports: You decide when to export PDFs and where to store/share them.

  • Delete local data: Delete entries in-app or delete the App to remove local data not backed up elsewhere.

8) Data retention
  • On-device journal data persists until you delete it.

  • Support emails are retained only as long as necessary for support, legal, or operational purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

9) Security

Your content is stored using iOS local storage. Please protect your device with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. If you back up your device (e.g., via iCloud/Finder), your backups may include App data—review Apple’s backup security settings.

10) Children’s privacy

T30 Journal is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information to us directly, contact mike@nonmulta.com and we will address it promptly.

11) International users

Journal data is stored on your device. If you email us, your message may be processed in the United States or other locations where our email provider operates.

12) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, and restriction/objection to certain processing. Since your journal content is stored locally on your device, you can exercise most control directly on-device. For support emails or diagnostics, contact us at mike@nonmulta.com.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by CCPA/CPRA. California residents may request access or deletion of support correspondence by contacting mike@nonmulta.com.

EEA/UK

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We welcome the chance to address your concerns first at mike@nonmulta.com.

13) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and publish changes on our website. If changes materially affect your rights, we’ll take additional steps as required by law.
